I'm writing a book about my experiences with body image and the outcome of this project. The book will take a hybrid form, much like a dictionary or collage.
Selected responses I receive to the questionnaire will be used in sections of my book. The responses may be used directly or as inspiration for the pieces that I write. Responses will be used anonymously or with fictional names to protect the privacy of participants.
